The Horsemen’s Bookkeeper System allows a standardbred racetrack to award purse money with ease and accuracy. Designed with a friendly Windows™-based user interface, the software prints laser checks and a variety of useful reports.
Features:
- Locates horsemen by last name, account number, or tax identification number.
- Validates overnight entries against existing database.
- Calculates purse splits, driver and trainer fees, and backup withholding.
- Holds individual purses or all purses for a race.
- Holds checks for individual horsemen until purse authorization information is entered.
- Prints laser checks in separate batches according to delivery preferences.
- Pays for veterinary services, photography, claims, garnishment orders, etc.
- Allows manual adjustments (with full audit trail) to comply with judges’ rulings or to correct errors.
- Integrates with FloppyTax 1099-MISC reporting software.
